<p>現代生活節奏快、壓力大，身邊總有人在進步、在達成目標，社群媒體上也總是充滿了成功與美好的人生片段。<br />
當我們滑著這些畫面，常常會不自覺地拿自己與他人比較，然後覺得「我是不是還不夠好？是不是還可以再更努力一點？」</p>
<p>但你知道嗎？其實每個人都有自己正在面對的課題與困難，只是人們習慣把比較光鮮亮麗的一面展現出來。而我們內心對自己的種種「應該」和「必須」，像是「我應該更有成就」、「我必須不斷努力」，真的都是出自自己內心的渴望嗎？還是，其實是受到了外界期待與比較的影響？</p>
<p>長期下來，這樣的高標準與壓力容易讓人感到疲憊、焦慮，甚至懷疑自己的價值。<br />
如果你也有這樣的經驗，想邀請你停下來、問問自己：<br />
「我現在已經做得夠多了嗎？」<br />
「這些努力，是我真心想要的，還是來自他人的期待？」</p>
<p>並且適時地告訴自己：「我已經很棒了，也已經很努力了。足夠好，就已經很好了。」<br />
這並不代表放棄，而是給自己一個喘息的空間，讓你能夠真正照顧自己、看見自己的價值。</p>
